The CTL Chromebooks which were deployed between 2018 and 2020 had a three year warranty, but most have expired. After reviewing the cost and benefits of the warranty, we decided that we would no longer purchase an extended warranty for the Chromebooks. As with most IT devices, the Chromebooks have a one year warranty which covers manufacturer's defects - it does not cover damage caused by use or misuse.
