Can I log into a Chromebook which is not connected to the Internet?

As long as you are using an account which has successfully logged into this Chromebook while the Chromebook did have connectivity to the Internet, then you can login again while the Chromebook is offline. However there isn't much you can do in a Chromebook if it does not have connectivity to the Internet.
